Special Air Processing — A Stable Supply of Air for a Low Temperature Space with a Dew Point of –80 ℃

A strict, low-humidity environment is required for lithium-ion cell and capacitor production as well as for medical supply production and manufacturing processes. ORION’s original dehumidification systems offers an energy saving, ultra low humidity environment for these types of manufacturing processes without waste.

With ORION Manufacturing’s original Heat Pump Balance Control®, the heating coil part of the refrigeration circuit unit works completely without the use of an electric heater. Also, through compressor speed control and dynamicEEV control, load on the desiccant module is reduced, and running and initial costs are also cut.
