A 4 Axis system with feeder control makes operating the HAKKO HU-200 system fast and simple. With its built-in programming software, touchscreen panel, and joystick controls, the operator is in complete control. Every command is at the operator’s fingertips, from precision of movement to controlling the speed at which the HU-200 solders, along with a intergrated solder feeder which can control how much solder is required. All of this powered by the FU-601 Soldering Station.
Utilizing the power of the FU-601 Soldering Station the HU-200 hits a temperature of 940°F with an up to 260W composite ceramic heating element in its tips. The HU-200 uses TX1 and TX2 Tips that have over 40 different shapes and sizes. With the power of the FU-601, the easy robot programming, and the reliability of Hakko products, the HU-200 offers a solution to almost any soldering project.
The 4-Axis system allows for a large working envelope of 400mm x 300mm with the top speed of 800mm/s and boasts a repeatability of 0.01mm.
