■ Displays current temperature
When the external probe is connected, temperature detected by the probe is displayed. Once the external probe is disconnected, temperature of the internal sensor is automatically displayed.
■ Displays min./max. temperatures
Min./max. temperatures are displayed all the time.
The value is reset when the reset key is pressed or the battery is replaced.
